font size of text in a combo text box

I can't seem to find a way to change the font size of
text in a combo drop down list. Can you help?

Use the combobox from the control toolbox instead of the forms toolbar,
under properties you
can change the font size.

Initially I tried to use a a combobox from the Control
toolbox, but unfortunately I couldn't find any
information in the MS "Help" menu that explained how I
could define the text choices in the drop down box

It is done by going into design mode (click the triangle ruler),
put the combo box where you want it, right click and
select properties

I added the triangle icon in my toolbar, and clicked that and then righ
clicked the combo box but i can not see the properties there.

Can any body help me on this topic

Having perused the forums I have added a combo box from the controlbo
to enable me to change the font size of the text.

However, I now cannot get the control to 'run' on the worksheet. Al
Excel will allow me to do is select the control to edit it rather tha
allow typing into it and opening the list up.

Any ideas?

Your control is strill in design mode. Click *VIEW --> TOOLBARS* an
select the toolbar that you added the combobox from. When the toolba
appears, click the little green triangle in the corner to escape desig
mode.

Make sure your combobox is from the Control Toolbar and NOT the Form
Toolbar. Bring up the toolbar by clicking *VIEW --> TOOLBAR* an
selecting the toolbar that the control is from. Once the toolba
appears when you hover over the little green triangle, it should giv
you one of two text hints..."Design Mode" or "Exit Design Mode." Yo
want to make sure that you are in Design Mode. Once in design mode
click the combobox and it should be selected in edit mode. On
selected in edit mode, right click and choose properties.
