Font Problem?

Hi,

I have a user has been sent a 2003 word doc from Switzerland, that is meant
to display a barcode. However when I view in 2003 or 2007, I can only see
strange characters which say code 128 in the font box.

Any ideas?

You must obtain the same font that was used to create the document. It may be
possible for the originator to embed the font in the document file and resend
it. Some fonts can be embedded, but others can't.
