font print different colour from graphics though SAME COLOUR SPECS

PLEASE HELP urgent
the fonts used in ppt presentation are same colour code as graphics
the graphics print blue
the fonts & bullets (set to same colour specs) print purple
This happens when printing from any pc in this department to the same colour
printer
and also from a different department to a different colour printer
however our printroom colour printer PRINTS THESE FINE.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Check the printer settings for each printer. Some color printers do a kind of
color management that can affect the colors you see on paper. You'd want to
ensure that they're all set identically (if the printers are identically) or
possibly that they're all set to NO color management otherwise.

Of course there'll be a certain amount of variation between printers that use
different printing technologies, but what you're describing sounds like a
classic case of the difference between CMYK and RGB blue. If the printer
manages color for vector but not raster graphics, that might account for what
you're seeing.
