font initialization error

I designed a mult-user access Database and when some users attempt to print a
report, they receive a "Font Initialization Error" which crashes their DB. I
can't recreate the error, so I can't find a way to fix. Is anyone aware of
what could be causing this and how I can repair it? Any help would be
greatly appreciated!!

I'm not sure, is there a way I can find out? The font is Arial, as it is so
common, I've never questioned the font may be what is actually corrupt, nor
am I aware of them having issues with other programs. I will ask our IT guy
to look into it for me as well. Thank you!!
 
Check thier printers installed, make sure they are using current drivers for
the OS installed.
