I did something wrong when doing something in File>Install
New Fonts. Now when I put a new font in the font folder, it
doesn't install it. The font folder operates as a normal
folder. My programs do not recognize the new fonts I put in
there now. This is a serious problem for me, so any help
would be greatly appreciated.

This is usually because the Fonts folder has lost its 'system'
attribute. Start - Run - and run cmd.exe
In that give
ATTRIB +S C:\WINDOWS\FONTS
EXIT
