Font error in Outlook

my outlook users connect to exchange 5.5 server in my network. sometimes, in
teir accaunt, they see the messages in different alphabet. i mean, the words
in Licuda Cansa Unicode appeares partly. some of alphabets of the words
appear in russian alphabet, some in English.

I assumed, this problem is about updating some programs and os. How do u
think what else can be the reason of it?

Are you sure the encoding is set correctly?

Yes i am. You know, in other computers everyhing is good. Such thing
sometimes occurs, but after i delete any updates from the computer, it stops
to appear, so seems everything is okay. This problem like a mashroom,
appeares randomly. ))

What do thisk, why this happens?
