I want nobody to have access to certain folders in my hard drive. How do I do
that? I make theem private and hidden but you can still finding them from a
guess account. I used ACDSEE to see my pictures and even if i have the
folders hidden you are ablo to find them.
What can i do to complete have no trace of some of my folders or make them
password protected?

You can do it using the inbuilt XP Zip facility
- Select files you want password protected
- Right click, then Send To Compressed (Zipped) folder
- Open the .Zip folder just created
- Go File / Add Password
- Delete the original files
- Then store the .Zip folder in an inconspicuous place on your hard drive.

I've been very happy wi a product called Folder Lock

http://www.newsoftwares.net/folderlock/

It's not expensive. It only takes a few seconds to lock even a few gig of
data. Once the folder is locked it is invisible to Windows, all
applications, and even other forensic programs like ERD Commander, Knoppix,
etc.
