Folders open to "search"

I have no idea what setting I goofed up but whenever I try
to open a folder it goes to a search page. When I right-
click, On the top of the window, the first and bolded word
is search. On other folders it is open. Does anyone know
how to get the open command to be on top again so when I
left click on a folder it opens instead of searches.

Type in Start - Run
regsvr32 /i shell32

There is a bug in filetypes dialog.

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 /i shell32
