Folders do not show "File and Folder Tasks" option

I'm trying to publish to the web and Windows Help says use
the "File and Folder Tasks" option of publishing a file to
the web, but my Folder view has no "File and Folder
Tasks".

I'm using Classic folder view but there's no 'publishing'
option ins the file menu either.

How are you trying to access the Web Publishing Wizard? If you can't find it, try running the following from Start>Run:

C:\Program Files\Web Publish\WPWIZ.EXE

Start/Settings/Control Panel/Folder Options/General tab/Tick: Show common
tasks in folders/Apply/OK

If you still don't see File and Folder Tasks/clcik the Folders icon on the Toolbar
