Hi - I brought a new computer and copied my Outlook 2002 to the new Outlook
2003. Everything moved over except my personal folders. How do I fix this?

Thanks, Anna

I thought I copied anything that had a .pst extension. When I copied Outlook
(following the instructions from the website below) I didn't get any of my
personal folders I created to keep old/saved emails.

It is possible that you copied it to the new machine but you are not using
that pst file, check your mail profile.

How and what did you copy over then? The pst-file is all you need to
transfer;
