Folders bar in Windows Explorer, no icons

Doing a search in the MS knowledge Base I found a cure.
However, how do I add an subst command to a startup
script so that I won't have to use a command line each
time a boot up. Pls check MSKBA 307028 which will explain
in more detail what I am talking about. Thanks for your
help people.
