folders are collapsed in folders list when I open Outlook 2007

Every time I close Outlook my mail folders in the folder list collapse the
next time I open Outlook. Is there setting some where that will keep it the
same view as when I closed it last?

Some of the other PCs don't have this issue. when they close Outlook and
reopen it the folders stay the same as before.

There is no setting but it often depends on whether outlook closes
completely. Only the default pst/mailbox will retain the last used state -
others will be closed.

Do you have sp2 installed? That will help insure outlook closes correctly so
the state is kept.

I have fixed the issue. Uninstalled Office and deleted leftover OUtlook
entries in the registry. It is working fine now.

Are these your default folders?
