Hi

I have a lot of mail folders in Outlook and draging mails to them is a
pain due to the large list. I would therefore like to be able to
collapse all folders except one either based on folder name or
something else. Is it possible? Maybe with a macro?

Best Regards

I have a lot of mail folders in Outlook and draging mails to them is a
pain due to the large list.

Why would this be? While viewing the source folder and the message you wish
to move, but before you start to drag, scroll the Navigation Pane so that
the destination folder is visible. Then dragging is easy, since the folder
you want is there. You migh also find Edit>Copy (or Move) to Folder is more
efficient.
I would therefore like to be able to
collapse all folders except one either based on folder name or
something else. Is it possible? Maybe with a macro?

http://www.outlookcode.com/ would be the place to start looking for code
that will do this.
