Hi,
I have a friend with a weird problem on her Dell laptop. When it boots up,
it appears to be opening one of her folders on startup and she has to
manually close it each time. I've found other similar posts here referring to
the "System32" folder, but the solutions appear to be specfically geared
toward that particular folder. This isn't the "System32" folder, but rather
it appears to be "C:\Program Files\Dell" which contains 6 subfolders itself.
She said this started a few weeks ago, but doesn't recall any other events
that coincided with its appearence.
Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
