Folder will not open

When opening a specific folder in "My Pictures" file. a "runtime error" appears and tells me that this application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusaul way. Please contact the support team for more info. It then closes mu pictures files. Any help with this problem would be greatlly appreciated. Thanks JP
 
I'm having a similar problem to John. When I use the Start menu to open the "My Photos" folder, it does just fine. But come time to go into a more specific folder (inside the "My Photos" folder) the "program does not respond". I was wondering, if a picture can do that to a folder. If I saved a picture to my computer and for some reason caused a problem in opening the folder.. how can I find out what picture. And if it's not a certain photo, how can I determine what the problem actually is?
Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
