folder visible

When sharing folder permissions what happens if you check any of these
boxes...
Folder Owner
Folder Content
Folder Visible
I can't find a comprehensive definition of those settings anywhere.
Thanks in advance.
 
They set the person as
1. an owner of the folder (full permission)
2. you mean folder contact? This makes the person a contact for the folder.
Used for public folders.
3. this folder is visible. Best used with read/write permissions -
otherwise they can see the folder but nothing that is in it.
