Another question for all of you smart people...
I was editing (trying) my website and had been able to see the folders and
items in the site while I was editing an individual page. Now, for some
reason, I have to switch between "Page" and "Folders." What have I
inadvertently changed?
Thanks so much.

Ok... thanks ... I don't know if I said it clearly enough. I want to see the
Page and all the web folders that are online at the website... over in the
left vertical pane ... both at the same time.
Thanks.

Hi Joe,
I can't find the "toggle pane." I guess that's really bad. I just wanted to
be able to see the page I'm working on... and the folders and items in the
website... both at the same time. I know I should be able to do this because
I had been doing it.
Thank you... very much,
S. H.

Hi Star,

First go to Tools | Customize | Toolbars and make sure at least "Standard"
is checked.

If it is you should see a number of icons along the top. For me the "Toggle
Pane" is the 6th one from the left..right next to the "Publish Site" Icon.
From there if you have a page open you can then choose between "folder list"
or "navigation pane" showing to the left of your page.

Which version of FP? If you can't find the "toggle pane" on the toolbar, go to the view menu >folder list
I toggle mine off except when I need to drag/open files etc. as I prefer to use the entire screen for editing.
