I had a folder called Music which contained a lot of music files.
Somehow the Music folder changed into a file called Music and now the
properties of the file shows it's only 32 KB in size. I am not able
to access my music files anymore. Does anyone know if I am able to
restore it back to a folder? Please help.

Only from the backup you may have taken.

Ask yourself the question "How come?".

There is some malware around turning folders into files, especially when
containing multimedia stuff. That malware is usually spread via P2P
software.
Does anyone know if I am able to restore it back to a folder?

Nope. These damages are irreversible unless you have a backup.

No, ask yourself, "Why", not "how come". Geesh!

And you should start to read a little closer yourself. HOW COME is NOT a
question! WHY is the way to ask. Ask yourself, "Why?"
