folder specific macro outlook 2003

Hi
I need to specify the email account and signature to use
when i send or reply to email from particular folders. I
cannot seem to do this with standard properties in
outlook 2003 so need to create some macros for
send/reply. Can anyone give me some pointers towards the
properties/methods i could use to do this please.
