folder sharing

Hi,

I'd like to share several directories on windows xp machine, each with different
password. But I don't want to create users with passwords. Is there a way to do this
same as in windows 98? Just protect a shared folder with password, no username.

No. Not natively. You will need third-party software to do that. But why
don't you want to create password-protected users?
