Folder redirection problem!!!!

Hi everyone....

I have windows 2003 server with windows XP SP1 clients and I have
folder redirection police for all my clients but this doesn´t work in
a first logon, only when users make logon a second time the
redirection works. I put the wait a network connection police but I
got the same error.

What can I do???
please help me!!!!

Right.... On the first logon the policy is downloaded and installed, on the
second logon it is applied. This is normal. If the machine is on log
enough to update its policies in the background, it'll get it on the first
boot.
