Folder Redirection and Offline Files not Synchronizing.

We are having a problem with the Redirected "my
documents" folder not synchronizing at logoff. We have
redirection enabled with a GPO and by default Windows XP
makes that folder an offline folder, which is what we
want. I have enabled "Synchronize all offline files
before logging off" in the same GPO as the redirection
for both users and computers, but it will not sync at
logoff. So when a user logs on and makes changes to a
file, logs off and takes his computer home, the changes
made that were saved to the redirected location do not
follow because sync at logoff did not take place. Where
do we go from here? This should work, but it doesn't.
I'm sure there is something I am missing, but I can't
figure it out.
