Folder Protection

Hi!
I know NT already comes with a built in security to give users rights to
folders, etc.
The question I have is, is there something I can do to password protect a
folder in windows?
That means that if the user clicks on the little folder in Windows Explorer,
he'll get a prompt to enter a password, otherwise he won't be able to access
it.
I want to do this cause I have an intranet and I don't want anybody else to
have a look at the source code for my program. Also for people not to be
touching that system.
Please let me know what can I do.
I am using Windows 2000 Server.

Your best bet is an OTFE (On the Fly Encryption) Product. This will
mount a virtual disk (given a password) that exists as an encrypted
container file on your hard drive. A freeware version that works on
Win NT/2000 is "E4M". You might want to try it out at:
