OS: Windows XP Pro
When I select a folder in Windows Explorer, right click and select
properties, it is taking about 15 seconds for the window to appear;
otherwise my computer is working find and I see no signs of excessive CPU
usage, disk I/O, etc in Task Manager ... nor do I see any indications of
virus or spyware infection ... this seems to have just appeared out of
nowhere and it is also not related to the number of files/folders under the
item clicked; it happens even on an empty folder ...
Any ideas what's going on ? thank you ...
