Folder Probs

Suddenly I find i cannot make a 'new' Folder. Previously i just had to click
on the page and a box opened showing 'NEW'. Now when i click on the box
drops but does not show the facility to make new folder. Im running XP Home
SP3, 2.8 Celeron Processor, Radeon 9250 Graphics Card. Any ideas please?

now.
