Folder passowrd

Dear fellow XP users,

I need to password protect the folders on my desktop or
for that matter any folder on my machine.

I can't seem to find any option that would let my other
colleagues access the net if need be without them prying
into my folders.

The option to log off and on is NOT an option for certain
reasons !!!

Windows XP is not designed that way.
You should use the profiles or you need a 3rd party application:
