folder options?

I seem to remember an option to "Make all folders the same" (ie. make
it so all folders are either viewed with "icons" or "list" or
Thumbnail" etc...) was that '98? is it possible in XP? if so I can't
find it...

Control Panel > Folder Options > View and push the button Apply to all
Folders once you've made changes.
