Folder Options Screen

I am running XP (Home) with SP2 installed. I have two accounts set up. On
one of the accounts under Folder Options screen, General tab, the "show
common tasks in folders" button is de-=sensitized and cannot be selected.
What needs to be set in order to sensitize this button. On my other account
the button is sensitized.

Disable Classic shell. See:
