Right click the folder/file in
question/Properties/Security/Advanced/Owner/Set Permissions.

Thanks for your response. Well I'll tell you what I'm
trying to do:
What I have is a folder left over from a previous
installation of Windows on my hard drive, and when I
click on it It says 'Access is denied'. I was told by a
number of people to change the access to it, which is
done via the security tab in the properties of the file.
Problem is there is no security tab, and I was told you
can enable it via the folder options menu somewhere.
If you have any solutions to my problem, that would be
greatly appreciated, nick.
