What do you mean? You're missing the whole menu bar? Just the "folder"
menu option, which doesn't exist? Are you in full screen mode? Is that
what you mean? If so, press F11.
Open a folder that you know doesn't show the Standard toolbar, right click anywhere on the
address bar area and click on "Standard buttons" and it will have a check by it the next
time you right mouse the toolbar open area. Do it a couple of times where you can remember;
someone inadvertently unchecked it before.
Hope this what you are talking about. You also can check/uncheck address bar and others, and
unlock/lock the toolbars. Remember that the right mouse is used primarily for contextual
menus.
