Task Bar Dissappears

I'm using Windows XP, Home Edition. A couple months ago
my task bar bagan dissppearing. This happens normally
after the machine has been on for a while. It will
reappear usually, but not always, on startup or restart.

Does anyone know 1) why this would be happening, or 2)
what a quick fix might be?

Hey mines is doing the exact same and its really annoying
have u found any solutions yet ? I havent come up with
any ? if u do have any solutions i was wondering if u
could do me a huge favour and pass them on to
