First, find a picture that you'd like to use as your
icon, draw it yourself, internet or whatever
Save the image as .bmp (Ex: picture.bmp)
Then rename it to .ico (rename it after you save it ex:
picture.bmp -> picture.ico) You'll get a popup message,
click: Yes
The image now could be use as an icon pic for any file or
folder. Just right click the folder, customize, change
icon, Open your .ico file, OK, and you're done.
