Hi!

I write Addin for Outlook 2003, and I have problems with change of an icon
of folders. Please tell as is possible to change folder icon?

No. The icon is determined by the folder's default item type (message,
contact, etc) or whether it is one of the special folders (Deleted Items,
Inbox, etc).
