folder home page

I have two exchange server mailbox's in outlook. One is my personal mailbox,
the other is our IT Dept helpdesk mailbox. I have developed a .NET app for
tracking helpdesk calls, created a folder in the helpdesk mailbox and made
the .NET app the homepage. This worked well under outlook 2000. Now I can
set the home page on the helpdesk mailbox, but it only takes you to the home
page if you are actually logged in as the helpdesk rather than having the
helpdesk mailbox added under exchange advanced features. I don't believe
this is an permissions issue as I have set myself as "owner" of the helpdesk
mailbox to no avail.

Did you resolve or get an answer to your question? I just posted a similiar
type question in regards to viewing an html homepage by a user other then the
helpdesk user.
