Jeff,
This is usually caused by a long path or file name (has spaces in it) being
called from the Registry.
Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Look in the right pane for any value that references the Nero folder. If
any are found and the path and/or file name has spaces in it, then it needs
to be enclosed in quotes. Simply double click the value in question and
put the quote mark before and after it.
