Folder additions in XP Home Edition

How do I stop XP from automatically adding folders to My Documents & Settings
such as My Music & My eBooks?
 
You can't - they are default folders controlled by the operating system.
(Aren't you glad you can't choose what to install on your system?) Big
brother is controlling.
