Version Outlook 2000/Exchange 2000/Outlook Web Access

I have a user who signed on to Outlook web access using
her home computer with a Korean version of Windows 98.

Now when she trys to access her email with Outlook 2000
all the Folder Names apear as ????? (where the number of ?
s coresponds to the number characters in the folder name)

If she Checks her email using Outlook Web access using
any computer her Folder Names Apear in Korean.

It seems to me that All the Folder names have be
converted to Korean but Outlook 2000 does not know how to
display the korean characters properly.

I need to know how to change the Folder Names Back to
English.

Any Suggestions Greatly Apritiated.
