Irrespective of the program used, including explorer,
once the contents of drive a has been read, any and all
subsequently inserted floppies will show exactly the same
file and info as the first. When you exist the program
while the disk is in place, it writes to the disk, making
it useless after that.

Anybody had anything similar

You have a bad floppy drive. I have had this happen in
the past. Replace the drive and your problem will go
away.

If the computer is under warranty, call your computer
manufacurer and request a service call.
