floppy disc problem

Hey, i'm sorry to say but i've had this happen many
times. Floppy discs are very fragile and can be damages
VERY easily. Your disc won't work and everything on it
it is lost. I lost a final paper last year to this
problem. Your best bet is to just throw it out the
window and start over and next time use Zip disks or a
USB pen drive. Floppies suck, sorry you lost the info
you had. Later

The above statement is rather opinionated.
I have floppies that are still usable that I copied
from 5 1/4 to 3 1/2 years ago.
