Floating Text

Hello!
How can I make my text float on an image backround and move with the scroll
bar while the backround image remains still? I would like to have everything
including the Nav bar and all hyperlinks etc float and move w/ scroll bar?

Set the background image as "Watermarked" in Page properties.
Note: depending upon the complexity of the background image, this can be very distracting and make
the page hard to read.
