Floating Hyperlink

I am trying to have a picture with a hyperlink float along the side whenever
you scroll up or down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I once needed to float a table like you're describing. it was an "add to
cart" box in a shopping cart application.
the client had very long descriptions of the products so having the add to
cart box on the top or bottom wasn't good enough.

anyway, I found a nice script here:

it was easy to use and seems pretty stable.
