FLIGHT SIM 04 Non Responsize Please Help

Flight Simulator 2004 has always worked fine for me. All of a sudden it has
become non-responsive. I have tried many times to get the program to run
and although it aprears to be loading, it is non responsive. The error
report shows something in the Locals/Temp Folder. The error log is reported
as:

Category: (101)
Event ID : 1002
Hanging Application fs9.exe
Version 9.0.0.30612
Hang Module, HungCap
ER_HANG_LOG
