flickering

We have Terminal Services running on a Win 2000 Server. The clients
connecting are thin client machines.

I am getting flickering in my displays. At least one machine is
getting the whole screen flickering. Another constantly has icons
flickering - as if they are being refreshed every 2 or 3 seconds.

Any ideas on settings that can be changed to fix this?

I had the same thing happen with the Quick Launch toolbar. Win2k/Citrix
MF 1.8. When I removed Mcafee A/V problem solved. The decision was made
to run a/software at the gateway, email, file servers and not on the
Citrix boxes. Logon/logoff times improved, along with sporadic profile
saving issues going away.
