Flashing Text

Hi Everyone,

I've got a cell containing a message if certain criteria are met. But I
want it to be more prominent. Currently I've got it in Bold Red text but
I'm wondering if it can be flashing or something similar ... as can be
done in Word.

Any Ideas ?
