Flashing Display

I have an Nvidia GeForce4 MX 440 64mb DDR video card and
the screen flashes whenever i scroll or do anything
graphics intensive, I have not however tried to play any
graphics intensive games or other things, it seems to
only be when i scroll, I dont believe that it is a
program problem because it happens with several differnt
programs. If anyone can help I would greatly appriciate
it. I am providing a list of my other hardware devices
so if anyone knows of any hardware conflicts you can let
me know.

I have this exact problem on my system. Every time I
scroll through a window the monitor will flicker off then
back on, as if I was changing the resolution. This
happens in any situation where I use a scroll bar. If
anyone has any ideas I'm sure there is more than a few
people who would be very grateful for any info.

Hi,

A faulty mouse?
Try use another mouse and if the symtom persists, download
the latest detonator drivers from nvidia.com.
