help!! error message!

I have an atlhon 1.4 with a geforce 64 ddr ia a asus a7s333. chipset sis.
Everytime i start a game that requires 3d fx, the game freezes and windows
restarts.
At system info i get some conflicts:

i´ve tried to instal new drivers of sis agp and other of nvidea, format the
disk, but doesn´t work.

i´m from brazil and this is really anoying. please somebody can help
me??????????????

I think from your post your board (I'm not familliar with it) has on-board
video. Go into CMOS setup (BIOS) and disable on-board video.

I'll qualify that further, onboard video _in addition_ to a Gf4. If that is
not the case, obviosly, do not disable you onboard, as it would be all you
had!
