Flashing Bios for a7n8e deluxe

I know this is a stupid question and i have done this b4 with other boards
but i forget how to flash the bios...i remember parts but i don't want to
risk damaging anything.. Can someone point me to a good link or give me a
quick heads up...all i have now is the bin file waiting to go.

The best way (IMHO)is to make the DOS boot disk, and flash with that..
I've heard of too many ppl having trouble doing it any other way..
