I have Vista OS and I am trying to load a page for my daughter to work on.
www.webkinz.com this page is not the problem it's the log in page. It loads
but I get a blank screen with no media. I have loaded adobe flash as it says
to do, I have followed the directions on the page. I also have went through
the posts discussing this issue. However, I never found an answer.

I only think it is the flash player but not sure, I have disabled my virus
program and spyware to no avail.

Can someone provide me with a laymens solution?

Try Adobe's Flash uninstallation tool. Then reinstall Flash Player.

If that doesn't work, try to follow these instructions:

The uninstall and install did not work I am looking at the 2nd option. Also,
when I installed it I could view the video and writing by adobe acknowleding
that it was installed correctly.

Wow this is horrible. All this just to get my kids webkinz working.

I have tried all these suggestions and nothing will happen. Thanks
Charlie42, for your help. I am stumped, I am also haveing a difficult time
connecting my laptop to my desk top to use the printers. I had it for a long
time and I screwed it up about two months ago and cannnot reconnect. My
networks do not even see each other on the same router/wireless. Problems,
problems.

I need to get the webkinz page worked out first.

I STILL NEED HELP!!!

Did you ever get an answer/resolution to this? I have the exact same problem
... I am assuming it is Windows Vista?

Are you sure it isn't a flash problem? Have you installed Flash, Java or
even shockwave to see if that helps? Make sure that the flash player
installed is not a Beta version as well. I just went to the website linked
to and it loaded fine for me.

I have downloaded it and uninstalled it often. I also downloaded firfox and
it worked perfectly with the same flash I downloaded. I went to Best Buy and
theirs worked great. I attempted to copy all thier security settings and
mine were no different. Still a mystery.

I am having the same exact problem you had with the log in page in Webkinz. Did you ever find a solution? My son is driving me crazy!

I have no idea what the "same exact problem" is to which you're referring.

Without knowing any of the details, my guess may be completely off but there
was an issue with Webkinz recently after a Zone Alarm update. Do you have
Zone Alarm? If you do, check on the Zone Alarm forums.

Otherwise, check with the Webkinz website.
