flash player shuts down IE ?

Every day my ie just shuts down and a message box comes up with
IE has encountered a problem with flash player ?
i have tried everything i can think of
any ideas ?

installation when logged in as Restricted User on Windows

The links to uninstall Flash Player and to download the latest version
are in the Solution section. Although the title of the article may not
fit your situation, do follow the uninstall and reinstall route.

If there is security software present that prevents the installation of
ActiveX controls ( such as Norton AV, Spybot, Spyware Blaster ), then
you will have to temporarily disable it to allow the install.
