Flash Player problems - Video Stops

the latest My laptop is running WIN200 SP 4 and IE 6.0, both with all
patches, and Flash Player 9,0,28,0. When I open a video in Youtube, the video
plays for about 2 seconds and freezes. Although the video continues to
download to completion, I cannot get the rest of it to play. I see similar
behavior in other sites.

I have looked at the limited info at Adobe, reinstalled Flash but to no
avail. I find that I if run the Repair Ineternet Explorer option under
Add/Delete Programs and reboot, that videos run normally for a while, then
the problem develops again.

Any ides?

Okay!

I have been getting the following message for about 1-2 months now ever
since I decided to "upgrade/update?" to IE7:

[when I try to watch a video on any website that requires Adobe Flash Player
9.0, etc. nothing loads and I get this (paraphrased) message on the screen]

->You are either running an older version of MacromediaFlash player or you
have JavaScript turned off. Please install the Flash player click here. Blah
Blah Blah!!!!!<-

I have installed the damn thing too many times to count, JavaScript is NOT
disabled!!! What the Hell?!?!?!?!?

I did not have these problems before installing IE7 (when I was using IE6)!

PLEASE HELP OR I WILL BE FORCED TO BOYCOTT IE7 FOREVER!!!!!!!!
